Viewing TIFFs in Your Browser

We have clients using the AlternaTIFF plugin by Media Informatics (www.alternatiff.com).  This has been an awesome plugin!  Unfortunately, it is no longer supported by most browsers.  A recent Firefox update broke one of the last remaining browsers that could run this plugin.  Internet Explorer does work on a limited basis, but forget viewing multipage TIFFs reliably on mobile device browsers.

Our new solution works in:

• Edge
• Chrome
• Opera
• Internet explorer
• Firefox

And other browsers.

The solution also works on major operating systems, like:

• Windows
• Linux
• macOS
• Android

We set this up for Wilcox Fresh in the DocuIMG system.  They use it to store documents digitally for easy retrieval anywhere, anytime.  This has helped them go "green" and reduce the amount of paper they use by almost 90%.

We will have a solution by the end of September that will allow users to Scan, Upload, and View TIFF and PDF documents on any browser or device.
